Usage & Precautions
• Mix with water at 5:5 ratio, or master:aluminum sulfate:water = 30:30:40
• Water temperature should not be below 10°C (optimal <40°C)
• Add aluminum sulfate first, stir until dissolved, then add master batch slowly
• Continue stirring 2-3 hours; filter through 80-120 mesh screen
• Liquid dosage: 6-9% for Portland cement; increase if compatibility is poor
• Store liquid in plastic/FRP containers; do NOT use iron containers (weakly acidic)
Packaging & Storage
• 25kg woven bags or ton bags with inner plastic film. Sealed storage: 2 years (powder), 3 months (liquid). Keep dry during transport.
• Handle with care. No rain exposure. Prevent packaging damage.
• Liquid product: store in plastic/FRP containers. Never use iron containers.
Safety Information
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• First Aid: A) Skin contact - rinse with clean water. B) Eye/mucosa contact - flush immediately with water and seek medical attention. C) When handling powder, wear dust mask and goggles. D) If swallowed - drink plenty of water, induce vomiting, and seek medical help.
