KD-J is a polycarboxylic acid polymer-based high-performance water reducer, formaldehyde-free, non-toxic, non-flammable, harmless to humans, and non-corrosive to rebar. Compared with traditional superplasticizers, it features high water reduction rate, high early strength, high strength enhancement, low slump loss, low shrinkage, and enhanced environmental friendliness. Usage & Precautions
• Dosage: 0.6-3.5% of binder weight
• Do not mix with naphthalene sulfonate water reducers. Conduct compatibility tests when using with other admixtures
• Curing: begin covering and moist curing immediately after final set
Packaging & Storage
• Liquid product: packed in plastic drums or transported by tanker truck.
• Also available in powder form: packed in woven bags with inner plastic liners. Keep dry during storage and transport.
• Store away from direct sunlight at +5 to +35°C. Shelf life: 12 months.
Safety Information
• May cause irritation upon contact with eyes or skin.
• First Aid: A) Skin contact - rinse with clean water. B) Eye/mucosa contact - flush immediately with water and seek medical attention if discomfort persists. C) If swallowed - drink plenty of water, induce vomiting, and seek medical help.
