Recently, Guangxi Keda New Materials Co., Ltd. officially put its new additive production line into operation. Upon completion, the company's annual additive production capacity has doubled, reaching a scale of 100,000 tons. This capacity upgrade will further strengthen the regional supply guarantee for building materials, providing stable and efficient material support for the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and other major infrastructure projects in the surrounding areas.
Recently, Guangxi Keda New Materials Co., Ltd. officially put its new additive production line into operation. Upon completion, the company's annual additive production capacity has doubled, reaching a scale of 100,000 tons. This capacity upgrade will further strengthen the regional supply guarantee for building materials, providing stable and efficient material support for the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and other major infrastructure projects in the surrounding areas.
It is reported that the new production line, which has now commenced operations, is an intelligent production line developed by Guangxi Keda New Materials to meet expanding market demand and optimize its product structure. With a total investment of over 200 million RMB, it integrates advanced technologies such as automated batching, precise temperature control, and online quality monitoring, enabling flexible production of multiple product categories, including polycarboxylate-based water reducers and corrosion-resistant admixtures. The production line adopts environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and is equipped with comprehensive wastewater and exhaust gas treatment systems, ensuring pollutant emissions far below industry standards and achieving the dual goals of increased capacity and environmental sustainability.
"As the construction of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor accelerates, the demand for high-performance concrete admixtures continues to rise," said a representative of Guangxi Keda New Materials Co., Ltd. Following the doubling of production capacity, the company will prioritize securing material supply for major infrastructure projects along the corridor, including railways, highways, ports, and logistics parks. It will also further enhance product distribution efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Currently, the company has reached cooperation intentions with multiple projects along the New Western Land-Sea Corridor, and the first batch of products from the new production line has been successfully delivered.
